Kröss Kingdöm

This game was made in one week as part of the Kindred Game Jam. It is the first game ever made by Urban Slug. We are happy to get to look back at what we've done and learn and grow from it.

KEYBOARD CONTROLS:

Movement: WASD or Arrow Keys
Use Item: Left Click or E
Inventory Slots: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or O and L
Drop Item: Q
Sprint: Left Shift

XBOX REMOTE CONTROLS:

Movement: Left Stick
Use Item: X
Inventory Slots: Left or Right Bumper
Drop Item: B
Sprint: A

GOAL: Get to the end of every level. The more you use your weapon, the weaker your character becomes, taking more damage. When you die, you lose all progress but you also become strong again.

TIPS:

You can smash crates
Bows do not damage body integrity.
Green potions heal your body integrity.
Red potions heal your health.
Find the bow.

All assets including graphics, audio (a single sound file) and code were made within the time limit of the Kindred Jam by Eoin and Luke from Urban Slug.

This is our first ever game! It is very rough around the edges but we are proud of what we've come up with for our first ever game and most importantly, we learned a lot along the way.
